Our executive protection support and services provide medically trained personnel for regular assignments and ad-hoc medical support during unique travel and times of crisis.
Our Medical Director outlines and will oversee all medical advice of deployed medical personnel, from First-Responders, EMTs, Paramedics, and Physicians. Additionally, our Medical Director may deploy, advocate, and medical escort physician services directly to principal protectees – ensuring the local medical provided meets the U.S. Standard of Care.

TRAINING

JAY F. SULLIVAN, M.D.
Medical Program Director
Jay F. Sullivan’s expansive career carries over 35 years as a Doctor of Medicine, U.S. Military Member, and Instructor.
Dr. Sullivan is responsible for all internal medical programs, certifications, and standards for our protection operations.
As the Medical Program Director for Peeler Group International, focusing on medical standards, Dr. Sullivan utilizes his strong track record as a Trauma Doctor and experience in the Army Special Forces to assist our company and clients – he is uniquely positioned to advise our teams from both clinical and practical standpoints.
Before joining Peeler Group International, Dr. Sullivan became a Doctor of Medicine in 1985. In 1980 he joined the United States Army and was assigned to a Special Forces Unit in 1988 as a trauma surgeon until 2004.
His continued service to the country allowed him to serve as an instructor for Joint Special Operations Training Center, Fort Bragg, NC. Dr. Sullivan continues his private medical practice and is an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine for the University of New York and a Consultant for the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigations.
Dr. Sullivan is a Fellow at the American Academy of Family Physicians and Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice.
RAFFAELE M. DI GIORGIO
Director of Global Operations & Government Services
Raffaele Di Giorgio is a former U.S. Military Member and Law Enforcement Officer with over 30 years of protective government operations, medical services, and civilian law enforcement experience.
Mr. Di Giorgio is responsible for providing strategic information to assist Peeler Group International’s clients in making ‘Intelligence Based Decisions’ in mitigating their global risks.
As a Peeler Group International Director, focusing on government services and appropriate private sector entities, Mr. Di Giorgio utilizes his strong track record of organizing and advising various public organizations to assist with program development, management, and improvement of federal, state, and local government Crisis Management Response Plans.
Before joining Peeler Group International, Mr. Di Giorgio was a dedicated U.S. advisor to Security – Emergency Services and Operations Specialist to the U.S. Intelligence Community (I.C.). He provided expertise in national security services, personnel management, comprehensive design planning, and strategic security programs that deliver operational excellence to ‘U.S. Other Government Agencies (OGA)’ and their foreign partner nations. Raffaele’s career in protection and tactical medicine led him to roles instructing and mentoring numerous candidates, including special operations units within the U.S. Federal Government and the Department of Defense, the Presidential Protection Detail in Mexico, the Iraqi National Emergency Response Unit, and Iraqi Diplomatic Protection Unit members & medics; South African Military, Afghanistan National Police, Jordan Special Protection Group units, Yemen Protection units, and Pakistani Police units – to name a few.
As a thought leader in the industry, he has authored three books, Emergency Medical Planning for Large Venues, Legal Considerations for Tactical Medical Responders, Editions one and two.
