BILL PEELER

FOUNDER AND CEO

As the Founder of our company in 1995, Bill Peeler previously worked within law enforcement and corporate security. He is well-known and respected within the industry, having provided lectures on global protection, government continuity, and crisis planning to federal agencies worldwide. Bill continues to lead our company from the front, providing mentorship to practitioners of investigations and security.

TINA PEELER

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

As the CFO for our company, Tina Peeler carries extensive business administration experience with a focus on financial management, building the foundation of three multi-million dollar business start-ups. Tina has proven diversity, first working in our investigation unit as an undercover investigator and lead agent.

CHRIS FLAVIN

DIRECTOR SPECIAL PROJECTS

A career military veteran and the son of our founder, Chris Flavin, began working directly after graduating school. He gained operational experience working for Peeler Group International and during his military career, providing protective services to heads of state, congressional members, fortune 500 executives, news production crews & entertainers, and served ground security & support to Air Force One (POTUS).

With over 30 years of experience in providing leadership in law enforcement and security operations, Rick Neal has provided lead services for several high-profile protective details, including current and former U.S. Presidents and Vice-President’s wives, numerous governors and corporate executives.

DIRECTOR OF TRAINING

With 35 years of instructing firearms, Bill Pitcher is considered a subject expert in the use of force and firearms. He has provided training to law enforcement and security agencies in North, Central, and South America.

ISRAEL “IZZY” TORO

SENIOR INVESTIGATOR

Starting as a uniformed Trooper, Izzy Toro completed a 29-year career in the Bureau of Criminal Investigation, as a Major Crimes Administrative Senior Investigator for the New York State Police. As a senior investor, Izzy conducts complex investigations bringing resolution to matters for our diverse clients.

EDDIE NIELSEN

LOGISTICAL & PERSONNEL LEAD

Eddie is a highly dedicated and skilled Personnel Security Specialist with a vast background in security, safety, research, and investigations. In his capacity, he handles background investigations and federal security clearances.

In his logistical support capacity, he is responsible for all equipment, vehicles, and technology. Previously accountable for over 3.5 million dollars of equipment.

His diversity and experience allow him to fulfill logistical support during operations, executive protection assignments, and security driver duties.

LISA SCHONEMAN

LEAD INVESTIGATOR

Lisa Schoneman spent a 25-year career as a Major Crimes Investigator, 15 of which spent as a Senior Supervising Investigator. She was the lead investigator in hundreds of homicides and investigated well over 100 child murders. 48 Hours Mysteries, Swamp Murders, and Deadline Crime with Tamron Hall have all highlighted some of her cases.

In addition to her experience investigating kidnappings, robberies, sexual battery, domestic and child abuse cases, and is certified in the administration of voice stress, truth verification examinations (CVSA), and as a hostage negotiator. Lisa has extensive experience in case management, courtroom testimony, and surveillance.

DEAN KUENSTLER

PROTECTIVE INTELLIGENCE LEAD

During his 23-year career in the U.S. Marine Corps, Dean Kuenstler served in positions that included all facets of intelligence operations; surveillance and security operations to include personal security details (PSD) as Assistant Security Chief at two multi-million dollar national intelligence collection facilities.

A founding member of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), at DHS Intelligence HQ in Washington, DC, he was a member of the Director of Central Intelligence Working Group focused on establishing policies and procedures in support of DCID 8/1: Sharing of terrorism-related information across government agencies.
