We created Peeler Group International’s Global Security Operations Center to support our field operations during critical incidents. It was during Hurricane Katrina, in 2005, we discovered the need for a central location where we could manage and communicate with our personnel dispatched to assist in the response.

In 2008, during Hurricane Hanna, we first used the GSOC to deploy over 400 staff in seven coastal states, all while keeping tempo with our regular contractual assignments.

Today, our operations center is available during critical incidents or 24/7, 365 days of the year, in support of our investigative and protective operations.

CONSTANT OBSERVATION & PATROL

Constant Observation and Patrol Services is a cooperative service available for residential security and affluent communities. The collaborative combines our GSOC, Residential Security, Security Driver, and Close Protection Services in creating a scalable protection solution based on your risk requirements in a cost-effective manner.

For clients requiring additional safeguards, we provide emergency response teams local to your home or community or a protective contingent regularly assigned to you or your community.

This program provides real-time security monitoring, access control, and communication services while you are home and away.

  • Remote Monitoring & Control

    Trained GSOC operators remotely monitor your home from our operations center, where integrated technology systems allow us to control access to your neighborhood or home while maintaining a watchful eye for trouble.

  • Residential Security Specialists

    Close protection personnel is assigned as necessary to protect your home and family on a per diem or full-time basis. Our specialists are trained and knowledgeable in managing your safety, security, and property maintenance programs.

  • Physical Inspection & Assessment

    Peeler Group residential advisors provide periodic inspections of safeguards and electronic and physical security measures around your home and community. Peeler Group offers risk assessments and planning for your family’s daily safety, security, and in preparation for crisis.

  • Two-way Communication

    Our ability to communicate with individuals seeking access or other information at your gate or door entrance. We warn off intrusions to your privacy safely and politely.

  • Community Patrol

    Community patrol teams provide regular motorized patrol of affluent gated and open access communities.     At a minimum, assigned personnel are trained as first responders with available increased training to paramedic level, upon your request.
